Countdown is on, I fly to Stockholm on the 30th May!
This is one exercise that my personal trainer Petra at Fitnesspark Allmend taught me today for on the sailboat.
We looked into things I can do without needing flat ground or exercise equipment except a terra band. Still with these I should be able to stay fit even after just standing at the helm all day.
I've taken up jogging since last summer and want to continue that during the 3 months sailing, but most likely it is only possible during the weekends at crew changes in the harbor.
